Lots of things to touch on. Read below to see what to bring!

WHAT TO BRING

Need to bring

Tent or somewhere to sleep. If you don't have a tent, there are 3 options: borrow a tent from someone (ask them), ask to sleep in someone else's tent with them, or sleep in your car.
Food and drinks. This includes alcohol. The con will provide red solo cups and some small snacks, but do not rely on the con to feed you. We will be trying to organize a "potluck" where everyone brings something to share with others, even if it is small. Another thing to note is there isn't many doordashers at this location, and if there are, it will be expensive. If you need to restock food and drinks, you will have to drive into town.
Charging/battery packs. This con has limited electricity sources since it is outside.
Blankets and pillows/air mattress. While it may be summer time, it still gets chilly at night.
Deodorant (please) and body washes. We do not have access to showers, so we recommend baby wipes and washing your hair/face/body with the sinks in the bathrooms. You can also use tap water to fill water bottles with holes in them to mimic a shower head.
Bring your own toilet paper. If you find a toilet gets clogged, alert staff.

Optional/encouraged to bring

Folding chairs and tables. You definitely want somewhere to sit other than the ground.
Propane grill for food. Bring your own utensils.
Stickers/pins for trading or giving away!
Colorful clothing. Dress up, it's a festival! Express yourself in any way you'd like, as long as it follows the dress code in the "Rules And Expectations" tab!
Any over the counter medicines like Tylenol and Ibuprofen.
Art supplies: we encourage artists to unleash their creativity at the con!
Cameras and recording devices such as fish eye lenses, microphones, and lighting devices.
Sensory headphones/ear plugs if you have noise sensitivities. It will get loud during the music shows.
Sunscreen.
Fursuits. Duh. You can bring just a head, a fullsuit, 4 fullsuits, anything in between. Note that we are outside and suits have a higher possibility to get dirty. Which brings us to this:
Fursuit cleaning supplies.
Fursuit spray if you are bringing a suit.
Portable fan/fursuit fan.
Your own canopy tent.
Hammocks for the trees! We highly encourage this for rest space. Example in the photo at bottom of the page.

Some info about the venue:

We have running water. It is inside our only building, in the middle of the property.
Limited space for campers. Please contact Flint or staff if you would like to bring a camper or RV.
This event will have flashing lights during the shows at night.
We have indoor bathrooms. They do not offer showers, just a sink and toilet.
We have a stage where the DJs will play.
Rain. We have a few options if it rains during the event. If its a random small drizzle, plans continue. If it is a continuous heavy rain, some plans will have to be changed or canceled. We will have a small community area with a larger outdoor tent, but activities such as live music will be stalled. We will accommodate to the best of our abilities. Please make sure your tent has an included tarp/cover of some sort so you don't get soaked out.
Parking, tents, community area, and stage/dancing will all have their specific spots on the property. Meaning don't place a tent where people will dance, and don't park next to the communal area. Parking spots and respective areas will be shown once we have a map of the venue.
This venue showcases a large screen that can play movies via a projector. We hope to play some movies for you. We will hold a poll for what movies people would want to watch if they wish to participate.
